The treatments were explained in great detail. I was made to feel relaxed during the treatment & asked on several occasions if I was ok. At the conclussion it was explained to me clearly what had been done. The surgeon gave me confidence by saying he was pleased with the way it was going & again at the end

We have been clients of this practice for nearly 40 years. During that time we have received excellent, highly professional service, from the friendly staff. Even though there are dental practices much closer to home we choose to travel the 15 miles to Chalkwell .

I highly recommend Chalkwell Dental Practice. I visited today and Sarah on the reception desk was super friendly and helpful, as are all of the reception staff. Barbie, the Practice Manager, took the time to check in with me and ask how I was getting on, as I’m a relatively new patient joining just last year. My dentist, Usman, was very thorough, and explained in detail what I needed to know about my dental health. He used x-rays and a 3D render of my teeth to actually show me why I needed certain work done, which made it easier for me to understand. Emily, my hygienist, was great at putting me at ease, talking me through each step of the cleaning process, and discussed my approach to dental hygiene. Through three visits, I’m really pleased with the progress that I have made together with Emily and am grateful to her for taking the time to explain things simply.

I wouldn't go to another dentist because Chalkwell dental practice are the best dentists in my experience. I have been going to them for many years and have never had any problems with the treatment or the people there. They are all very kind and friendly and treat me and my family with great respect.
